Hey everyone! It’s a big month for us — we’re thrilled to announce the Cruz Granado Group is back with RESF! After years of diverse experience in tech, business, and yes, real estate, I’m diving back into the property game, and I couldn’t be more excited. Oh, and did I mention my incredible wife Eloisa is teaming up with me on this venture? Yup, it’s going to be a family affair!
A Quick Trip Down Memory Lane
My roots in real estate go way back. Getting nostalgic for a second, from working as an agent at Redfin where I helped folks find their dream homes and sell to downsize, to a two-year stint at Real Estate Sales Force, in Coral Gables, to helping build homes with my dad’s construction company when younger, I’ve done it all. Fun fact: In my first year at Redfin, I was responsible for over $5.8 million in home sales. Not too shabby, right?
From Tech to Real Estate
You might be thinking, “Wait a minute, weren’t you in tech?” Yes, that’s correct! After my first foray into real estate, I ventured back into the tech world. I spent over five years at a local private school, as Director of IT, implemented all sorts of cool tech solutions, and took on roles like Network Engineer at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. Plus, I had a blast running my own design firm, Digital Design Dojo. It’s safe to say my tech background gives me a unique edge in today’s digital-first real estate market.

First of all, we are locals, born and raised here, having attended local schools, and being a part of the fabric of this community, in addition to having extensive experience in both real estate and sales, and last but not least, you get two for the price of one—my wife Eloisa is an absolute rockstar. She’s spent years in sales and has been active in real estate for close to a decade. With her amazing skills in lead generation and SaaS, she’s the secret sauce that makes everything better.
